My fitness journey began in 2016 when I decided it was time to make a real change. I had been overweight most of my life, and I knew something had to shift. Starting wasn’t easy, but step by step, I transformed my lifestyle. Since then, I’ve lost nearly 100 pounds, progressed from barely being able to run a mile to completing an incredible 52-mile endurance run, and developed a passion for weightlifting.
Over the years, I’ve shared what I’ve learned by helping over 100 people work toward their own fitness goals. I know how overwhelming it can feel to start, but I also know what’s possible when you stay consistent and keep pushing forward.
